INSTRUCTOR
Lydia Muttai is the lead instructor at MedFastCpr and owner of Optimax Health LLC. She currently practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner at an Urgent Care Clinic in Kansas. She is highly qualified and has been CPR certified for 16 years!
As a nurse, she has worked in Cardiac/Telemetry Units, Emergency Departments (ER), and adult intensive care units (ICU). She worked on the code team during her time in the ICU & has performed CPR many times during her career as a nurse. She earned her undergraduate degree at University of Missouri (BSN) in 2007 and Indiana State University (MSN) in 2013.
Lydia is certified to teach BLS for Healthcare Providers, Adult, Child & Infant CPR, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
